Be encouraged…

There is a lover and friend that shadows our every move

The One who feels and knows our pain

He whispers to our heart-brokenness and calls us into the sea of his grace

He beckons for us to step into the beauty of his stillness

So that we can hear the singing of his love over our wounded places

“Don’t just dip your toes in” he says. ” Come in deeper till you are completely soaked from head to toe.”

“I want you to live. I need you to live the life I created for you.”

The eternal One, he is our hiding place and underneath are the everlasting arms…

I Am, I Am… by Donnie McClurkin

Come now and see this mystery
Remove your shoes, bow down
Where you stand right now is holy ground
The fire burns, sit at my feet and learn
As I reveal my plan, and I tell you who I am

I Am, I Am
I’m the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
I Am, I Am
And I’ve chosen you to set my people free
Go now and set them free

Some will not hear, others will fear
Because the enemy has said
Before I let them go, I’d rather see them dead
But in that hour, I will reveal my power through you
So that all may see, and when they ask you
Tell them what you know of me

I Am, I Am
I’m the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
I Am, I Am
And I’ve chosen you to set my people free
Go now and set them free

I give you heaven’s edge
And I give you privilege
Where others know my works
You will know my plan

I Am, I Am
I’m the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
I Am, I Am
And I’ve chosen you to set my people free
Go now and set them free

Excerpt from the, ‘the Bride’…the invitation, the promise

I am searching for a Bride whose eyes are locked into mine forever

Consumed by the fire of my spirit

Whose heart calls after me in the morning light and will pursue me till the dusk treads in…

For I have treasured her from eternity and carry the torching flames of the everlasting love

I have paved the way, for her to walk in the glory of my light

She shall know no fear as she walks in the mysteries of my kingdom

They are revealed to her as she runs into my embrace and sits at my feet

I will never turn her away

It is a promise I cannot break…

Merry Christmas

Moments of gratitude…

Thank you for your love that has kissed me back to life

I am grateful for your grace and mercy that shadow me…

The songs that you sing over me as my eyes awaken to the dawning of a new day

The tender whispers I hear that make my heart leap and dance with joy

I will turn and gaze into the eyes of the one who has loved me forever

His name is faithful and true

He has never let me go  and I will never let him go…

Thank you Jesus… Moments of gratitude…

This is Our God…

He walks upon the oceans

Striding in his majesty

The echo of his footsteps, thunders in the heavens

He spins the earth upon its axis and shadows the nations in his glory light

His name is Yahweh

The ancient One

Fire blazes from his eyes and before him the mountains quake

Who is like our God

The one we call Abba, father

The one whose love is from everlasting to everlasting

What a wonder!

The beautiful One… loves us for eternity, loves us forever

And he calls us by name and says you are mine

The stars in the night sky still sing his songs

Its an unending love melody that fills the earth with splendour…

This is our God!

The promise…

Isaiah 61.7

“Because your shame was double, and they cried out, “Disgrace is their portion,” therefore, they will possess double in their land, and eternal joy will be theirs.”

“Instead of your shame and confusion, A second time they sing of their portion, Therefore in their land A second time do they take possession, Joy age-during is for them.”

So now the command is, “Sing, you barren woman, even the one who never bore a child! Burst into song and shout for joy, even you who were never in labour! For the children of the desolate woman will be more than the children of her that is married,” says the LORD. Isaiah 54.1

…Dear one, to be able to walk in the promise you have been given, you will need to open your mouth and sing…

Even in the midst of your pain, your voice is required

So sing, even if you have to cry, singing

Sing his promises over you and dance

Sing out loud..

Sing the promise he gave you in night

Sing and the flowers will bloom in your land

The desert will become a spring of water; ever-flowing, and never-ending

So sing, dear one, sing….

The declaration in this season

The choice is the king and him alone

The one who died for me and has loved me forever

The one who chose me before I was formed in my mother’s womb

The one who has carried me since birth

My allegiance is to him alone

I will not look to the left or the right

I will keep my gaze on him

For he has enabled me to fly with the eagles

I mount up and soar

I reign in him and rule in the midst of my enemies

For my king has crushed the head of the serpent

So I speak to every lie, every tormenting whisper from the hordes of hell

Be silenced in his name, that name that rules over all

The name of Jesus

…So you think I am talking in the wind; just talking off the top of my head…

But I tell you, that name is my life

His blood is flowing through my veins

The reason I live is because he lives

He calls me his own

I belong to him

He took me out of the miry clay and set my feet on a rock to stay

He robed me in righteousness and I stand before him, beautiful…

I choose my king and him alone

Love is speaking…

“Lift up your head…”

I hear the tender whisper of his voice…

You are my beloved

You are crowned with my beauty

Endowed with my grace

Wrapped in my love

Lift up your head

You are clothed in my majesty

You are mine

Regal and justified

You bear my name

Lift up your head

For I am the one who carries you

I am your shield

I am your glory

I am your defence

Lift up your head

You who are weary and tired

I have conquered death and I breathe new life into you today, so lift up your head…

Love Always
